The test center is from the CAEC file and identifies the writing center. It is only present when uploading a CAEC file to insert or update a CAEC exam mark. It is not present if the CAEC file upload causes a CAEC exam mark to be deleted or the CAEC exam mark is being edited in PASIprep outside of a CAEC file upload. It is used to report CAEC file upload issues of which 49506 is the only rule that needs the test center from the CAEC file.
