This service is used to submit a student's preferred name to PASI

Parameters

request
Type: PASI.DataContract.V2018SubmitPreferredNameRequest
Contains which name record Id will be marked as the preferred name for the student.

Return Value

Type: SubmitResponse
A SubmitResponse with the Id being the Student's StateProvinceId

Remarks
This service will allow one of the student's name records to be marked as their preferred name. The NameId, retrieved through one of the student retrieval services, is used as a key to indicate which name record to mark as the preferred name in the PASI core
