To determine which Registration Status are being accepted for a given school year, use the Get Accepted Registration Status (2019 End Point and prior) service.

This service is used only on 2018 or older end points.

Enrolments for previous school years are assumed to be over. As a result when adding or updating enrolments for previous school years, the following registrations status values are acceptable by PASI:

• Completed,
• Cancelled,
• Withdrawn,
• Closed (Registration Status),
• Created in Error

For the current school year, the following registration status values are acceptable by PASI:

• Registered,
• Cancelled,
• Active,
• Withdrawn,
• Completed,
• Closed (Registration Status),
• Created in Error

Before the next school year starts, PASI will start accepting pre-registrations. A pre-registration is used to record an enrolment that is expected for the next school year. Once PASI starts accepting pre-registrations for the next school year, the following registration status values will be accepted:

• Registered,
• Cancelled,
• Created in Error
