This is one of the steps the Ministry Client performs during the School Calendar Year Synchronization with SADS process.

After Loading SADS School Calendar Year Data into the Ministry Client and Loading PASI School Calendar Year Data into the Ministry Client the information for each school calendar year is compared:

• If the School Calendar Year exists in SADS but does not exist in PASI, the School is created within PASI.
• If the School Calendar Year exists in both SADS and PASI, but the information is not the same, the SADS data is applied to PASI.
