This background processor is responsible for sending a notification/email to the parent/guardian on the date set in the Operational Control Schedule.

This Background Processor uses the following information to do its processing:

• The Email Address on the record.

The processor looks for Completed Home Education Registrations in the current school year. It runs on the Actual Date of the Home Education Registration Notification operational control schedule record.

Messages are sent for every record in the current school year where the: The Home Education Registration:

• Is not Is Deleted
• Has an exit date type of CompletionDate (Home Education Registration Exit Date Type)

The parent associated to the Home Education Registration:

• has an active myPass connection status
• the associated student is not Is Deceased
• does not have a Student Hold with a Student Hold Type of OfficialMarkHold (Student Hold Type)

Notification is sent to the parent/guardian myPass account to read their messages.
