Is Deleted (Student External Credential)
An indicator for whether the Student External Credential record is deleted.
The revoking of an External Credential shall be accomplished by marking the record as deleted.

Validation Rules
This data element is used in the following validation rules:
- Rule 11464 - Deactivated ASN cannot have External Credentials
- Rule 11465 - Secondary ASN cannot have External Credentials
- Rule 40354 - Invalid Evaluated Mark - No External Credential
- Rule 61004 - Cannot Add Or Modify An External Credential Record When Pre-Existing Deleted Record Exists
- Rule 61009 - Duplicate External Credential
