This PASI Release currently includes the following features:

Feature implements functionality to view PAT results in PASIprep.

Provides PASI Clients the ability to retrieve PAT Individual Student Profile (ISP) documents via system integration. These ISP documents will be generated by PASI on demand.

This feature includes the translations for bilingual support for myPass Diploma Exam Registrations.

This feature includes the translations for bilingual support for myPass Credential Status functionality.

This feature includes the translations for bilingual support for myPass Verification documents.

While the 2016 service endpoint will still be disabled in release 7.10, completing removing the endpoint has been deferred to Release 7.11.

This feature introduced PASIprep functionality to manage Responsible School information

Feature will remove the following data attributes from the school enrolment data structure:

• Registration Entry Status (Student School Enrolment)
• Registration Exit Description

This change will impact the following PASI services:

• Get Student Academic Profile (2018)
• Get Student School Enrolment
• Get Student School Enrolment Audit Events
• Get Student School Enrolment Status
• Submit Student School Enrolment

This change will require the following data conversion activities to cleanup the existing Entry Status and Exit Description data.

This cannot be implemented until after feature 8760 - Preparation for Release 7.10 has been implemented.

Feature includes the following School Enrolment updates:

• Registration Entry Status (Student School Enrolment)
  • Element is no Longer Utilized – Only Provide 800: Not Provided
  • For backwards compatibility the Registration Entry Status with value 80 will always be used.
  • Data conversion on all PASI school enrolments. # impacted records: ~18.6 million

• Registration Exit Description
  • Element is no Longer Utilized. PASI will not accept Exit Description.
  • For backwards compatibility all school enrolment will return school enrolment Exit Description of ‘null.

• Registration Exit Date
  • Exit Date will be mandatory field. All school enrolments will require an Exit Date regardless of the school enrolment Registration Status
  • Data conversion on all PASI school enrolments. # impacted records: ~18.6 million

• Registration Status
  • Stop Submitting Registration Status ' Cancelled' and display value 'Created in Error' as Deleted
  • PASI will remove Registration Status field.
  • For backwards compatibility PASI will derive the status and will ensure that submitted status aligns with these derivation rules.
  • Data conversion on all PASI school enrolments to set school enrolments in Cancelled Registration Status to IsDeleted. # impacted records: ~19.2 million (all records)

• Split Registration Type (Student School Enrolment)
  • Based on recommendations from DMC the Registration Type field will be replaced by Programming Type and Programming Timeframe fields.
  • Effective Feb 22, the Registration Type field will be retired
  • For systems integrated on this field, PASI will use Programming Type and Programming Timeframe to derive a Registration Type for backwards compatibility.

• Disable the 2016 Service Endpoint
  • No longer support requests made to the 2016 Service Endpoint

• These changes will impact the following services on the 2019 Service Endpoint:
  • Submit Student School Enrolment
  • Get Student School Enrolment
  • Get Student Academic Profile (2018)
  • Get Student School Enrolment Audit Events
  • Get Student School Enrolment Status

• The services on the 2017 Service Endpoint and the 2018 Service Endpoint will be updated to remain backwardly compatible.

Restore Grants Program Code:

• 408 - Other Bilingual Program

Update the description of the following Grants Program Codes:

• 415 - ASL Bilingual Program
• 416 - ASL Language and Culter Course

Introduce new Grants Program Codes for:

• 464 - Hindi Language and Culture Course
• 462 - Filipino Language and Culture Course

Expire Grants Program Code:

• 451 - Saulteaux language and Culture Course

To better align with GOA transitory record policies, PASI will start physically deleting logically deleted PASI records 30 days after they were logically deleted. Once physically deleted:

• The PASI record will no longer be accessible via synchronization
• The PASI record will no longer be included when retrieving the associated ‘profile’ information
• Audit history for the PASI record will no longer be available
• The PASI record can no longer be updated (or undeleted).
• A PASI record with the same Reference ID can be added again.
• Logically deleted records include those with an Is Deleted attribute set to True (includes school enrolments with Registration Status Created In Error as we shift School Enrolments to use IsDeleted).

Data conversion impact: On Feb. 22, 2019 the volume of PASI records physically deleted will be very high as 99% of PASI logically deleted records will have been logically deleted for more than 30 days.

To ensure PASI can support .NET objects that are more than 2GB in size.

To update Rules 65089 and 65090 to only apply if the school enrolment is at least 1 month long.

To ensure that physical addresses do not result in a next scan date for re-validation of Postal Code (as physical addresses do not have a Postal Code).

The data in Ministry Client needs to be updated to align with the data that was purged from SHR.

To update the prerequisites for HCS3465 and HCA3470 as requested by Curriculum.

To refresh the scrambled data used in the external facing vendor environments.
