This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student School Enrolment record:

Description
When an enrolment record contains a Grants Program Code of 301 (Grants Program Codes), or 307 (Grants Program Codes) the Student's Identification Document should not be:
This rule is not applicable if the enrolment is deleted.
Effective Period
- This validation rule is effective starting the 2010/2011 school year.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Inconsistent Grants Identity Documentation for Foreign Student. The student's ({StateProvinceID}) identity has been validated based on a Canadian Identity Document. The appropriate 'Canadian Born' Grants Program Code should be used (Identification Reference #{RefID}).
Where:
- {StateProvinceID} is the ASN for the student
- {Identification Reference #{RefID}} is the Source Document Type or Student Document record that the student's identity is linked to
