When an enrolment record contains a Grants Program Code of 301 (Grants Program Codes), or 307 (Grants Program Codes) the Student's Identification Document should not be:

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Inconsistent Grants Identity Documentation for Foreign Student. The student's ({StateProvinceID}) identity has been validated based on a Canadian Identity Document. The appropriate 'Canadian Born' Grants Program Code should be used (Identification Reference #{RefID}).
