Description
When an enrolment record contains a Grants Program Code of 110 (Grants Program Codes), the student should have a Mild/Moderate Disabilities 50 (Exception Codes).

- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Grants Program Code (110). To use the Grants Program Code 110, the enrolment must have a Mild/Moderate Disabilities (50 series) Exception Code.
