Description
When provided the Francophone Board should identify a valid school authority with a School Authority Classification of 'Francophone (9)' for the duration of the enrolment.
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Francophone Board. The Francophone Board provided ({FrancophoneBoard}) is not a valid Francophone School Authority.
