When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Grants Program Code combination. An enrolment can only contain one of the following Grants Program Codes: 600, 610, 611, 612, 620, 621, 622, 623, or 630.

Effective starting the 2024/2025 School Year.
