This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student School Enrolment record:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
School Enrolment records for the same student and school year overlap across school authorities in the current or future school year.
Ignore records with the Enrolment Type Code 600 (Displaced Student), or the deleted enrolments.
Ignore enrolments for ADLC (S.0099) or CFED (S.1363)
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effective up to the 2018/2019 school year.
- This rule is reinstated for the 2021/2022 school year.
Additional Notes
This rule only applies to the current or future school year.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Overlapping Enrolment. Student {StateProvinceID} is enrolled at schools in other school authorities. School(s): {ListOfSchoolCodes}.
