• Information Disclosure Restriction: Effective Date

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Student Identity: Birth Date

The effective date of a student's disclosure restriction information must be reasonable. Disclosure Restriction Effective date may not be before the student's date of birth.

• This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

The object is: Disclosure Restrictions. The data element is: Expiry Date

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Unreasonable Disclosure Restriction Effective date. Disclosure Restriction Effective date, ({EffectiveDate}), may not be before the student's date of birth.
