This rule is used to validate the following data in Guardian Physical Address Details of a Guardian record:

To perform this validation, the following information is used:
- Quarter Section
Description
When Parent/Guardian Physical Address Format is equal to ATS then:
- Quarter Section must be one of the following values – N, S, E, W, NE, NW, SE, SW. .
This validation rule is in effect for the 2019 End Point and onwards.

Message
When validation rules, the following message is returned to the user:
Invalid Quarter Section value of {value} in Street. Quarter Section must be a value of N, S, E, W, NE, NW, SE, SW for an ATS Address of the Parent/Guardian record.
Where:
- {value} - The invalid value of Quarter Section passed into the service.
