This rule is used to validate the following data for a Student

Gender

Description

A Gender of Unknown (U) is invalid if the previous Identification Record has a gender of Male (M) or Female (F) or Unspecified (X).

Effective Period

This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Invalid Gender. The Gender cannot be 'Unknown'.
