This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student Phone Number record:

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Preferred Phone Number

A phone number cannot be deleted if it has been identified as the preferred phone number and there are Other Phone Numbers.

• This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Invalid Request. Cannot delete the Student Phone Number when it is set to preferred. (Phone Number Reference #{RefID})
