This rule is used to validate the following:

• Reference ID (Course Enrolment)

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Is Funding Requested (Course Enrolment)
• Course Enrolment Status
• Instructional Minutes Received
• Course Code (Course Enrolment)
• Student (Course Enrolment)
• Section Reference ID (Course Enrolment)
• Section School Year
• Section Term

A funded Course (with a status of Completed, Incomplete, or Withdrawn) and no Instructional Minutes Received and the course code matches a different funded course enrolment on the same student in the same school year in the same section term with the same course code and with any status.

• Effective Starting School Year: 2013/2014

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

• Instructional Minutes Received Required. Course Instructional Minutes Received should be provided to help resolve a Course Completion Conflict with another funded course that the student is taking.
