Description
The 'AAM' and 'MPC' Evaluation Method can only be used for Evaluated Marks related directly to the Ministry.

Additional Notes
Effective dating for SY=2012/2013 as migrated data violates this rule; AAM was used to migrated all Course Type P and T's on the mainframe. In the future AAM will be limited to just marks assigned by the Ministry.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Invalid Evaluation Method for Mark Organization. Evaluation Method {EvaluationMethod} can only be used for Evaluated Marks related directly to Alberta Education.
