This rule is used to validate the following data in the request:
Description
The ASN and course code for a waived fee can not be updated once created in PASI.
If the ASN or course code is incorrect for the waived fee, the fee should be deleted, and a new waived fee with the correct information submitted.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Cannot update ASN or course code for student fee coupon. The ASN and course code cannot be updated for the student fee coupon (Reference ID {Ref ID}). If the information is incorrect, delete the student fee coupon and submit a new student fee coupon with the correct information.

- {Ref ID} means the reference ID on the student waived fee record
