This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student Credential record:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
If there is an achieved not awarded credential that is not listed in the Credential Awarding Order, e.g. Honorary High School Diploma, then do not award any credentials.
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.
Additional Notes
The Credential Awarding Order is used to determine the hierarchy of the credentials and if the credential type needs to be individually awarded or not.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Credential was not awarded. There is a credential available to award that can only be awarded from the Student Profile - Credentials screen.
