This rule is used to validate:

  • The organization of the user requesting the change

Description

To successfully edit the Is Relevant flag of the document, then one of the following must also be true:

  • The requesting organization is Alberta Education1),
  • The requesting organization is a Student Record Custodian,
  • The requesting organization is:
    • attempting to add a document that has a historical Document Type, and
    • a school, or the schools governing authority, with a non-deleted School Enrolment for the student.

Message

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Access Denied. The relevancy of the student document cannot be edited because your organization is not responsible for this student’s record.

Where {RefId} is the reference ID of the student document the user has selected to update the relevancy of.
