This rule is used to validate:

• Document Order Item

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Document Order Item Status
• Document Order Item Recipient Client Identifier
• Document Order Item Recipient Institution Identifier
• Transcript Request Identifier
• Document Order Item Delivery Method

If a RequestTrackingId has been provided, this validation will fail if the matching document order item has any of the following not true:

• A status of Cancelled (Order Item Status), Ordered (Order Item Status), Processed and Sent (Order Item Status)
• A Delivery Method of Electronic (Document Delivery Method)

None.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

• Cannot Retrieve Transcript. Please contact Alberta Education and inquire about this transcript request.
