The Signup Access code in a 8 CHAR Alpha-Numeric code that is issued to the Student that can assist the student to gain access to the their information via myPass.

The following processes creates a Signup access code for a Student:-

• During the DER Process: Refer to DER Sign-Up Letter Processor for further details.
• Via a Student-Self Service request: Refer to Request a Signup Access Code myPass functionality and Self Service Signup Letter Processing Agent for further details.

In addition, a Student age 16 or older is able add an Authorized user using the Add an Authorized User myPass functionality. During, this process a Signup access code is created for the Authorized user. Note: This code is provided to the student.
