Student Audit
Every time student information is updated a record of the change is kept as an Audit Event. This Audit Event contains the following information:
| Data Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Alberta Student Number | Identifies which student is the focus of the change. |
| Audit Subject | Identifies what service was used to change the information. |
| Audit Action | Identifies what type of change was made (i.e. Add, Update, Delete) |
| Last Updated On | Identifies when the change was made |
| Message ID | Identifies which Message caused the change to occur. This ID traces back to the Service Auditing message identified above. |
| Organization Code | Identifies which Organization caused the change to occur. |
| Audit User | Identifies the user name of the user in the organization that caused the change. |
| Changes | Captures the state of the object after the change was applied. |
This information can be retrieved for a specific student by using the Get Student Audit Events service.
