Credential Checklist Summary (xlsx)
This excel spreadsheet shows one or more student's progress towards a credential by showing their completed requirements for the selected credential requirement set for the credential.

Requirements Completed
The credential set will display at the top of the grid with the requirements. The individual requirements are detailed for that specific Credential Set with an indicator (an “x”) to identify whether or not the credentials are achieved.
Data Fields
| Column Title | Description |
|---|---|
| ASN | ASN for the student |
| Student Name | Preferred Name of the student, formatted as per the data_value_format_guidelines |
| Birthdate | The Student Birthdate |
| Enrolment Grade | The highest grade from the student’s school enrolment record(s) for the Enrolled School Year selected. |
| Total Credits Earned | The total of Credits Awarded for the student. |
| School Enrolment | The name of the school associated with the Student School Enrolment |
| School Code | The code of the school associated with the Student School Enrolment |
