The Get Exam Marks Audit Events Service should be used to retrieve history of changes made to Exam Marks within PASI Core.

Users will only be able to view GED exam mark audit history for students they are associated to.

The Get GED Exam Mark service can be accessed by systems with the View Transcript User role.

A request to use this service will include (* denotes mandatory information):

• GED Exam Mark Ref Id*

The information provided in the request is validated using the following validation rules:

• Rule 9037 - GED Exam Mark Not Found
• Rule 9044 - Unauthorized organization code to view GED exam mark

GED Exam Mark information for each version of the record (including the current version of the record) identified in the request will be retrieved from the PASI Core and returned in the response.

A successful response to this service will include a list of GED Exam Mark records each containing:

• GED Exam Mark Reference ID - The Globally Unique Identifier (GUID) used to reference the Exam Mark record.
• GED Exam Mark Writing Centre - The Writing Centre ID used to identify the PASI Writing Centre where the the student wrote the exam.
• GED Exam Mark Examinee - The ID that identifies the GED Examinee.
• Course Code - The Course Code identifying the course of the GED Exam,
• Mark Value - The value of the mark assigned.
• GED Jurisdiction Code – The code identifying the province the GED exam was delivered in.
• Exam Written On Date – The date the Examinee wrote the GED Exam.
• Exam Series – The Exam Series of the GED Exam associated to the GED Exam Mark.
• GED Exam Mark Form – The version of the GED Exam written.
• GED Test Format Code – The format of delivery (Computer based vs. Paper)
• GED Exam Mark Status – The status of the mark record (Registered, Regular, Invalid)
• GED Exam Mark Exam Language – The code type identifying the language the exam was delivered in.
• Is Deleted - Indicates that the record has been deleted and should no longer be used.
