The service can be accessed by systems with the Hello World User role.

A request to use this service shall not include any parameters.

There are no validations performed on the service request.

Credential Pathway Information may not exist for a Pathway as the Pathway may not be associated to any External Credentials. An example of this is an Apprenticeship pathway where no external credential is awarded upon completing the Pathway, so no Pathway to External Credential relationship definition is required.
