This service allows a PASI client to access Responsible School audit events to schools.

This service is available from the 2019 endpoint.

This service can be access by systems with the following security role(s):

• View Enrolment User

A request to use this service will include the following information (* denotes mandatory information):

• Responsible School Reference ID

When a request for this service is made the system applies the following validation rules:

• Rule 9072 - Responsible School Not Found
• Rule 9073 - Unauthorized Organization Code to view Responsible School

Responsible Schools for each version of the record (including the current version of the record) identified in the request will be retrieved from the PASI Core and returned in the response.

An unsuccessful response will include:

• PASI Core Version *
• Rejections

A successful response will contain the current version of the Responsible School (Business Object) record as well as details for all Responsible School Audit Events (Business Object) of a Reference ID (Responsible School) which contains the following data elements. A request to use this service will include the following information (* denotes mandatory information):

• Responsible School Reference ID *
• Rejections
• List of Responsible School Audit Events – only returned if not rejected. Each audit event returns:
  • PASI Core Version *
  • Student – StateProvinceID
  • Effective Date
  • Has Responsible School
  • Transition Reason
  • School Code
  • School Name
  • School City
  • School Province
  • School Country
  • Audit Information
