Manage Document Type Definitions

This process outlines the general process that the Ministry will use to manage the document type definitions in PASI.

Primary Scenario #1 - {Scenario Name}

This scenario begins when documents become eligible for disposal.

  1. The PASI Privacy Administrator views the list of document type definitions in PASIprep.
  2. The PASI Privacy Administrator performs one of the following management activities:
    1. Add – User adds a new Document Type Definition
    2. Delete – User deletes an existing Document Type Definition
    3. View – User views an existing Document Type Definition
    4. Update – User updates an existing Document Type Definition
  3. Return to the list of document type definitions.

This scenario ends when the PASI Privacy Administrator has completed the management of document type definitions.
