The Next Scan Date is set by the Responsible School Processor where the student's responsible school may change based on the passage of time.
The Next Scan Date will be set to reevaluate the student's responsible school based on that student's information.

In the case where a Next Scan Date for a validation rule would be calculated to be too far in the future (i.e. more than 100 years), the Next Scan Date will be calculated to be the current date + 100 years.
