Postsecondary Education Standards Council (PESC) standard that regulates the content and format of electronically transmitted transcript information. This standard is used by APAS (ApplyAlberta) when requesting and receiving electronic transcripts from Alberta Education. This standard must also be followed by Alberta Education when delivering electronic transcript documents to external parties
