For each print job that is released, emails are sent based on the Print Job by the Physical Print Job Processor.

For each unique Print Job that has been transmitted to Service Alberta, along with the Print Job Instructions, both Service Alberta and Student Records should receive an email.

In addition to the emails described above, email notification should also be sent for Failures as follows:

• Create an Email to Production Support for the first Failed Transmission (when Print Job Status will change from Released to “Retrying”.
• Create an Email to Production Support, PASI Support and Student Records when a Failed Status Occurs. (when Print Job Status will change from “Retrying” to “Failed”).
