Remove validation of school calendar year information against countinuous section information

The definition of Canadian Permanent Residence Card documents included a Document Date, but instead, should have included Document Expiry Date. This feature will update the definition and move the Document Date information into the Document Expiry Date field.

To remove the ampersand ( & ) from the code information including:

• Code Text for “Credential&Transcript” to “CredentialAndTranscript”
• Short Description of CredentialAndTranscript and StartAcceptingNextYear

Technical Cleanup of organization information functionality post PED integration

Adjust the layout of the View Student - Courses & Marks data grid.

Retire the use of Legacy Subject from CIDS (via CIA).

To retire the use of Legacy Strand information from CIDS (received via CIA).

To retire the use of Legacy Category information from CIDS (received via CIA). This feature will also remove CIDS database replication, tables, and views from PASI.
