To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
When an enrolment record contains a 121 (Enrolment Type Codes) the enrolment record should not contain a 130 (Enrolment Type Codes).
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Enrolment Type Codes. Student {StateProvinceId} cannot be enrolled using Enrolment Type Codes 121 and 130 at the same time.
