Description
The school must be active on the Registration Start Date.

- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Registration Start Date. Based on the information within PASI, the school associated to the enrolment ({SchoolCode}) is not active on the Registration Start Date ({RegistrationStartDate}).
