This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student School Enrolment record:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
When the enrolment record contains a Grants Program Code of 140 (Grants Program Codes), then the enrolment record should also contain Grants Program Code of 500 (Grants Program Codes).
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effect up to and including the 2015/2016 school year.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Grants Program Codes. Student {StateProvinceID} must be enrolled with Grants Program Code 500 when using Grants Program Code 140.
