This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student School Enrolment record:

• Student School Enrolment: Programming Type
• Student School Enrolment: Programming Timeframe

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Student School Enrolment: Grants Program Codes
• Student School Enrolment: Grade
• Student School Enrolment: School Year
• Student School Enrolment: Registration Start Date
• Student School Enrolment: School Code
• Student School Enrolment: Exit Date Type
• Student School Enrolment: Operating Schedule Reference ID
• Student School Enrolment: Exit Date
• Operating Schedule: Offering Types

For Programming Type = Regular and Programming Timeframe = Day enrolments not associated with Grants Program Code of 500 (Grants Program Codes), the school must offer Regular programming for the student school enrolment's grade and school year for the duration of the enrolment.

If a specific Operating Schedule is not referenced on the enrolment, all Operating Schedules for the School and School Year are checked.

This rule is not applicable when:

• the enrolment is deleted or
• the School Year is a future school year and there are no Operating Schedule records for the School and/or School Year.

This validation rule does not apply after the 2015/2016 school year and is replaced by Rule 10129 - Regular Programming Not Offered¹⁾ from the 2016/2017 school year and onwards.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Where:

• {SchoolCode} is the School Code on the Student School Enrolment record.
• {Grade} is the Grade on the Student School Enrolment record.

• Release 8.08 - F8835 - PED Deliverable - PART 2 - Updated to reflect changes in the data structure introduced as part of this feature.
• Release 7.10 - F8675\8676 - Updated to reflect changes in the data structure introduced as part of this feature.
• Release 5.04 - Expired after the 2015/2016 school year.
