When an enrolment record contains an 640 (Grants Program Codes) the enrolment record should not contain a Grants Program Code of:

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Grants Program Code (640). An enrolment with a Grants Program Code of 640, cannot also contain Grants Program Codes 600, 610, 611, 612, 620, 621, 622, 623 or 630.
