To perform this validation, the following information is used:
When an enrolment record contains a Grants Program Code of:
the enrolment record should also contain a value for Resident Board.
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Missing Resident Board. The enrolment record must contain a Resident Board when using Grants Program Code 110, 140, or 150.
