This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student School Enrolment record:

To perform this validation, the following information is used:


Resident Board must contain a School Authority Code known to PASI. The authority code must be active. If an exit date is provided the Authority should be active throughout the duration of the school enrolment. If the exit date is not provided the authority must be active as of the start date of enrolment.

Effective Period

  • This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Additional Notes


When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Invalid Resident Board. The school authority code provided ({ResidentBoard}) is not a valid school authority within PASI.
