To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
When an enrolment record contains a Grants Program Code of 145 (Grants Program Codes) the enrolment record should also contain a value for Francophone Board.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Missing Francophone Board. The enrolment record must contain a Francophone Board when using Grants Program Code 145.
