To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
When an enrolment record contains a Francophone Board, the enrolment record should also contain a Grants Program Code of 145 (Grants Program Codes).

Additional Notes
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Francophone Board. When submitting a Francophone Board, the enrolment must have a Grants Program Code of 145.
