To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
Cannot delete a GED Writing Centre when there are any associated undeleted GED Exam Mark for the selected GED Writing Centre.

- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Cannot Delete GED Writing Centre. Cannot delete the GED Writing Centre {GED writing Centre} because it has reported GED marks.
Where:
- {GED Writing Centre} is the selected GED Writing Centre.
