To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
The following Exception Codes are only valid if the Grade Level is EC:
- Developmentally Immature (10)
- Mild/Moderate Disability (30)
- Severe Delay Involving Language (47)
- ECS Moderate Language Delay (48)
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Exception Codes. The Exception Codes 10, 30, 47, and 48 can only be used when the Grade Level is EC.
