Description
Only a single Exception Code can be submitted except when combined with Exception Code 70 or 80.

- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Exception Codes. Multiple Exception Codes cannot be submitted.
