This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student School Enrolment record:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
When a student has a Grants Program Code of 610 code or 612 the enrolment record should contain a School-Authority Provided Program Percentage value.
This validation rule is in effect for 2018/2019 school year onwards.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Missing School-Authority Provided Program Percentage. The enrolment contains a Grants Program Code {Grants Program Code}, but does not contain the School-Authority Provided Program Percentage value.
Where:
- {Grants Program Code} is the grant code on the school enrolment (610 or 612) that has caused the rule to fail.
