This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student School Enrolment record:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
When a student school enrolment has a Grants Program Code of 610 or 612 and a grade level of 1 to 9, the percentage of School-Authority Provided Program Percentage value must be 50% or greater.
This validation rule is in effect for 2018/2019 School Year and expires the 2019/2020 School Year.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid School-Authority Provided Program Percentage for Grade Level. When the enrolment contains a Grants Program Code {Grants Program Code}, for Grade {Grade Level}, the School-Authority Provided Program Percentage value must be 50% or greater.
Where:
- {Grants Program Code} is the grant code on the school enrolment (610 or 612) that has caused the rule to fail.
- {Grade Level} is the grade level on the school enrolment.
