To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
Historical Change Information should only be submitted if the School Year is considered an 'Historical' school year.
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.
Additional Notes
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Historical Change Information. The School Year submitted ({School Year}) is not a Historical School Year. Do not supply Historical Change Information for this submission.
