This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student School Enrolment record:

• Student School Enrolment: Grants Program Codes

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• School Authority: Classifications
• Student School Enrolment: Registration Exit Date
• Student School Enrolment: Registration Start Date
• Student School Enrolment: School Code

When an enrolment record contains a Grants Program Code of 550 (Grants Program Codes), then the School associated to the enrolment record must be categorized as one of the following School Classification Type:

• RI (School Classification Type)
• WS (School Classification Type)
• CF (School Classification Type)
• RS (School Classification Type)

for the duration of the enrolment.

• This validation rule is effective starting the 2011/2012 school year.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

School not classified as Designated Institutional School. The enrolment record contains a Grants Program Code of 550, but the school associated to the enrolment ({SchoolCode}) is not approved to provide an educational program in an institution.
