Description
When an enrolment record contains a Grants Program Code of DSEPS - parental decision after consult with resident board (110), the enrolment record should also contain a value for Resident Board.
Effective Period
- This rule is in effect starting the 2016/2017 school year.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Missing Resident Board. The enrolment record must contain a Resident Board when using Grants Program Code 110.
